St. Anne’s Catholic Church has a once a month giveaway that
you sign up for a month in advanceThe Methodist church has
a House of Hope emergency food pantry in its basement. At the shop
we  have a free food shelf by the register.

Chocolate Éclair Cake
2 (3.4 oz) packages of instant vanilla pudding
3 cups confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz) container of cool whip thawed
1 (16 oz) package of graham crackers
1 (16 oz) container of chocolate frosting

In large bowl combine pudding mix and confectioners sugar. Wisk in milk until mixture is smooth. Then gradually fold in cool whip. Place a layer of graham crackers in the bottom of a 9x13 pan, spread 1/3 of mixture, another layer of crackers, then 1/3 mixture and layer of crackers, then 1/3 mixture another layer of crackers.  Microwave frosting.  (stir every 20 seconds until pourable) spread over crackers.  Refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
