My
Mom’s Rice Pudding

cup rice
4
cups of milk
1
cup of sugar
1
teaspoon vanilla
1
teaspoon cinnamon
Boil
water. Add rice.
Stir
often and adding more water
as
needed. Cook rice for 45 minutes.
Add
milk and sugar. Stir until the rice
becomes
thick. Add vanilla. Pour rice
into
bowl to cool. Sprinkle cinnamon
and
sugar on top.
