Simple Coffee Cake Recipe from Elsie Green

salad oil

beaten egg
½
cup milk
½
teaspoon salt
1¼cup
flour

teaspoons baking powder
¾
cup sugar
Mix dry
ingredients together. Then add milk
mixture. Pour in 8x8 pan and sprinkle
with crumb topping.

cup chopped nuts
Mix
and spread over cake. Bake at 375ยบ for
25 minutes.
