Rhubarb Cake

Melt
1 stick margarine in bottom of pan. Mix 1 cup sugar,
1cup
flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder, ¾ cup milk. Pour on top of margarine. Add 3 cups of rhubarb on the top. Add sugar if needed. Bake one hour at 375
degrees in a Pyrex or glass pan. Do not
use a metal pan.
